What is VoIP calling?

We are requiring that all sales reps, including call center reps, be issued their own individual Frontier user id.

We can identify and immediately disconnect "bad reps"

From time to time, Frontier will advise us of a situation (ie fraud) that needs investigating.  If the issue is severe, Frontier will shut down the user id immediately.  By issuing every rep their own code, we can isolate that code.  Otherwise, if an agency has only one code, no one will have the ability to sell until the issue is resolved.

To set yourself up as a rep with your own user id, there are a couple of steps:

​

1.  The rep must understand, initial and sign a Frontier Zero Tolerance Pledge

This form details what is considered unethical sales practices and how to ensure a clean sale.

​

2.  The rep must complete a 25-31 question Frontier Knowledge Test with a 90% passing grade.

​

Once a rep has completed the Zero Tolerance Pledge and passed one of the two Knowledge Tests, email the completed pledge to David at dkinder.SelectChoiceGroup@gmail.com.  We will set up a new user id for the rep.

It's always very important to explain the Customer's bill to them.  With almost every company, the bill is very similar.  Once you've got this bill, you should be better prepared to go over almost all of the bills for all of the services that we offer.

Where can you sell Dish without approval?

The customer can save $12 a month if they choose to get their locals from an off air antenna instead of thru Dish

An off Air Antenna is NOT FREE.

The cost of an OFF AIR ANTENNA depends on where they live.

 

First of all, you need to know where the Local Antennas that distribute the locals channels in Florida are: Bithlo (east of Orlando), Tampa, Gainesville, Tallahassee, Miami, West Palm Beach, Fort Myers & Jacksonville.

 

Now you need to gauge the distance from each Distribution (sending) Antenna to the Receiving Antenna (the antenna that we would install on the customer's home).  You are going to Charge the customer $10/mile from the desired Local Channel Area.  So for example: if you were to map the shortest driving distance from our store at: 17860 SE 109th Ave. Summerfield, FL 34491 to The Orlando DMA (the Bithlo towers), you would find that the total mileage of 74.3 which we would round up to 75 miles and then multiply that by $10 a mile which would give us a total Antenna cost including installation and all applicable materials including amplifiers of: $750.  This includes the poles necessary to get up to 40ft. in the air.  We can go as high as 80ft. but there would be an additional costs involved for time and material.  The minimum charge for an OFF AIR ANTENNA SYSTEM is $249.

Please re-read this and notate all of this.  We can install Off-Air Antennas all over Florida.

​

We offer a 5-year warranty on all of our installations except where the local channel moves their location or an amplifier stops working or an act of God such as a Tornado, Hurricane or Major Storm or power outage of any kind, (power outages can cause devastating power spikes that can cause serious harm to both antennas and all of their components).

​

Always pitch OFF AIR Antenna Systems to customers.  Jerome Robinson has been able to get as many as 81 local channels for a household but we guarantee a minimum of 32 channels.  It all depends on where they live and any obstructions that may be in the way.

​

Off Air Antenna Systems can get the customer many channels that they can't get with satellite or Cable TV.  Really great channels.

OFF AIR ANTENNA Systems do NOT necessarily get all of these channels.  It can greatly depend on where you live.  In addition to these channels, because of where you live, you may get additional channels that aren't listed here.  For example, there are additional weather stations, news stations, University stations, Public Access, Local Government Stations, PBS stations, Religious Stations, children stations and radio stations that are broadcasted over TV.

​

There are many different shows and movies that you can ONLY get with an OFF AIR ANTENNA.  The number one BEST learning channel for kids can ONLY be found on OTA (Off Air Antenna).  The best local weather and older TV classics like Chips, older westerns and other family favorites are all on OTA.

​

With OTA, you don't need anything else unless you want cable type channels like Fox News, CNN, HBO, USA, The Golf Channel and others like them that aren't listed above.  OTA is amazing and very addictive.  And the best part is that with exception to the cost of the antenna and the installation, you'll never have a bill again.  That's right, it's totally FREE!

What are you waiting for?  Take all this down in your notebook and start selling OTA as soon as you complete this training.  Oh, and the commission???  Your commission is really, really high.  This makes for a great add-on to your sale.
